Consider the history of the integrated logistics organizations which exist today. The majority of these companies originated from a single product segment. It could have been customs brokerage, international air or ocean freight forwarding, or domestic transportation and distribution. While companies have attempted to expand their range of services, either organically or through acquisition, most continue to excel in some areas and have glaring weaknesses in others. Their tendency toward trying to be "all things to all clients" is a difficult goal to achieve using internal resources alone.

We take a "collaborative" approach to Integrated Logistics. While we possess internally, a wide range of services which fall within our core competency, we also tap external resources to enhance the end product we deliver to our clients. All this is made possible through the integration of information related to the purchase orders we manage and the shipments we move on behalf of clients. We maintain a large data base of logistics service providers, any of which can be tapped at any time we feel they are the ideal fit for a logistics program we are developing for our client. This data base includes but is not limited to truckers, distribution companies, customs brokers, documentation specialists, ocean carriers, airlines, transload operators, rail consolidators, packing/crating companies, CFS operators, heavy haulers, ship charterers and fumigation experts.

By taking a consultative approach, we clearly define client requirements on the front end. This allows us to develop and manage customized programs which provide our clients with "end to end" solutions. Whether a client is looking to improve supply chain visibility, reduce costs, reduce inventory, speed delivery, or meet some other logistics objectives, our programs are designed to achieve results.
