Joe Monaghan, President
Joe Monaghan has over 25 years experience in logistics. Before forming Worldwide Logistics in 1997, Mr. Monaghan was Executive Director of International for Fritz Companies, Inc. where he was employed for 10 years. In this role he was responsible for managing all Fritz non USA locations. During his career Mr. Monaghan has held executive positions with Fritz, Geo Logistics and OOCL. He has spent extensive time traveling and living abroad. Mr. Monaghan is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University.
 
Don Hardy
Don has 20 years experience in the logistics field and has held sales positions with WTC (Now BAX Global), Emery (Now Excel), EGL and Geologistics as a Director of Sales. He possesses direct logistics experience in International Import and Export, DTS/DSD, warehousing, order fulfillment, pick & pack, kiting, domestic air freight and trucking. He resides in Western New Jersey near the Delaware River with his wife of 23 year and 3 children. He enjoys golf, fishing and an occasional Cigar. Don received an athletic scholarship in baseball from Brandywine College in Delaware where he majored in Marketing.

Willy Fong, General Manager, Asia
Willy Fong has over two decades of experience in International Logistics services. The majority of his time has been spent working in Hong Kong and covering the Asian Pacific Region. Mr. Fong has held various management positions with APL (American President Lines), ACS (American Consolidation Services), and prior to joining Worldwide Logistics, Fritz Companies, Inc. His experience includes: cargo and material management, consolidation services, ocean freight and air freight services. During his tenure with Fritz he helped establish the first company owned air freight operation in Hong Kong and he drove the development of the first Fritz offices in China. Mr. Fong also worked with major clients such as Walmart and General Electric Appliances to set up the distribution operations in Southern China.
 
Lisa Spano, General Manager
Lisa Spano is a 10 year veteran of the logistics industry. Having previously conducted business in areas of import, export, consolidation, and airfreight, Ms. Spano brings a diverse knowledge base to the Worldwide team. As the General Manager, she is involved in all aspects of the company's daily activities including operations, customer service, special projects, accounting and infrastructure maintenance. As part of the Worldwide team, Ms. Spano strives to maintain continued customer satisfaction. She attended Fairleigh Dickinson University where she earned a BA in Finance and an MBA.
